What does free Agency Mode include?
Agency Prospecting is the free tier and gives you the full pitch workflow. You get ten pitch workspaces per month. Each workspace runs one audit covering visibility analysis, citations and sources, competitor context and a report you can share with your prospect. You can qualify the opportunity and package recommendations before anyone pays.
How are paid clients billed?
Each client workspace is its own subscription item on one agency subscription. You keep a single invoice flow while every client can have its own tier and renewal.
Can I mix monthly and annual billing across clients?
No. That is not supported on a single agency subscription.
What is the difference between a pitch workspace and a client workspace?
Pitch workspaces are for prospecting: scoped audits and materials to close deals. Client workspaces are live retainers with ongoing article quotas, recurring visibility tests, tracked prompts and publishing workflows tied to that account.
Can each client be on a different plan?
Yes. Client Lite, Client Pro and Client Autopilot can sit side by side as separate line items. Upsell or downgrade per account when contracts change.
Are reports white-label for my agency?
Yes. Pitch and client reports are built so your agency stays the brand in front of stakeholders. Client-facing views do not push our product name ahead of yours.
What happens when I convert a winning pitch?
You move that pitch into a paid client workspace on the tier you sold. Context from the audit carries into delivery so you are not restarting from zero.
How do quotas work per client?
Articles, visibility tests and tracked prompts are counted per client workspace each month. Limits match the tier on that workspace and follow your agency billing period.
Is there a minimum number of clients or a lock-in period?
No minimum client count. You can start with one Lite workspace and grow. You can cancel client workspaces according to your contract with us and keep working pitch workspaces on the free tier.
Who do my clients contact for product questions?
You stay the main point of contact. When you need platform help you can reach our team from your logged-in workspace. Client Autopilot includes priority support for faster answers.
